Service Description
The Master's Class: Drop the Bag Overcoming the Burden of Trauma – Part II This faith-based workshop builds upon the foundation established in Overcoming the Burden of Trauma. Participants will deepen their understanding of how trauma continues to affect the mind, body, emotions, spirit, and relationships while learning practical, biblical strategies to identify unhealthy coping patterns, renew the mind, regulate emotions, and release the burdens of the past. Together, we will move beyond understanding trauma toward experiencing greater healing, freedom, and wholeness in Christ.
